Education and Program Steering Committee
This is the group which oversees the educational themes and content for all programs throughout the year including large and smaller events, use of the website to reinforce educational offerings, and coordination with other co-sponsors and collaborators. The other specific event and program teams are responsible for carrying out content consistent with the guidelines laid out by this group.

MAC Institute
This series of half-day seminars is designed to provide a greater understanding of the company growth and capital-formation process and the critical issues facing companies and investors. The seminars within the series will be geared to distinct audiences of portfolio companies. The MAC Institute committee determines the course material and format of the event, the faculty, and panelists to speak and facilitate discussion groups..

Students, Young Professionals, Entrepreneurs
The initiatives in this committee will follow the framework adopted by the Education Steering Committee and will include MAC University, the student outreach programming, entrepreneurs gatherings, and coordination with educational institutions to help promote student -- MAC community involvement and interaction.

Marketing, PR and Website
Coordinate marketing and PR efforts including the revamping of the website, outreach, and ongoing collection of data.

Mid-Atlantic Capital Conference
Oversee the production of the event in Philadelphia; includes working on various tasks and committees of volunteers from community.

Lobbying and the Pennsylvania Venture Capital Coalition (PVCC)
Building relationships among the venture community in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with a goal to educate policy makers about Pennsylvania's resident venture capital community and evaluate the industry's economic impact. Coordinate with lobbying firm and with counterparts in Pittsburgh, throughout the state and in New Jersey and Delaware.
